As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to a diverse population ranging from young adults to geriatric patients, supporting both surgical and non-surgical cases. This is a direct patient-facing role where you’ll deliver high-quality, compassionate therapy in a collaborative environment. A caregiver in this position works 7:30am—7:00pm| employees will work two late shifts per week w/ starting times of 9:00am or 10:00am| occasional Saturday shifts from 8:00am—12:00pm. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or certificate
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition.
  • Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
  • Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
  • Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel.
