About The Position
Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. The role involves working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a therapist-owned practice that has been providing exceptional outpatient orthopedic care for over 25 years. The company has grown to 17 locations and emphasizes outstanding patient care and a supportive work environment for clinicians. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating)

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life
- Educate patients throughout their recovery to help prevent future injuries
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based clinical practice
- Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love
Benefits
- Base salary: $78,000-$95,000
- Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually
- Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus

- Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Gradual caseload ramp-up, building to approximately 10-12 patients per day
