About The Position
AVIR at Willowcreek, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, with opportunities to create and implement programs in balance, gait, mobility, functional maintenance, sensory integration, and more. Vital Therapy, the parent organization, is a network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities focused on developing therapy leaders, providing daily joy to patients and residents, and maintaining a strong commitment to quality of care.
