About The Position
Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist for a PRN shift. At Hilltop Park Post Acute, compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, creating a welcoming and beautiful space for our residents and their visitors. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms! Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!
- Proficient in Nethealth and Point Click Care a plus!
