About The Position

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a full-time float Physical Therapist (PT) for its outpatient orthopedic clinics in Southern Delaware. This role involves providing coverage to teams in Lewes, Milford, Millsboro, and Seaford, treating a wide range of patient populations. The position is ideal for a clinician who is adaptable, thrives in different clinical settings, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy across multiple clinics to provide coverage for PTO, medical leaves, and staffing gaps
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment
