About The Position

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Ability to work professionally with patients across different ages and conditions

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and identify mobility, strength, balance, pain, and functional concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility work, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
Monitor progress and update treatment plans when clinically appropriate
Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support continuity of care
Help patients work toward improved function and return to daily activities
