About The Position

This full-time Physical Therapist opening gives you the chance to work with patients at a pace that supports real clinical attention. With 1–2 patients per hour, you can properly assess, educate, treat, and guide each person through their plan of care. The role is centered on practical patient outcomes: helping people move with less limitation, return to work or daily routines, improve strength, and feel more capable in their recovery process.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri
New graduates are welcome to be considered
Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care standards

Nice To Haves

Prior clinical experience is a plus for higher salary consideration

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions, movement patterns, pain levels, and functional limitations
Design care plans using evidence-based physical therapy practices
Provide treatment through therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, gait training, balance work, and mobility support
Educate patients on exercises, safe movement, recovery timelines, and prevention strategies
Measure progress and make appropriate changes to treatment plans
Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning
Communicate clearly with patients and care partners
Support a positive and professional clinical experience
