About The Position

Deliver skilled physical therapy services in accordance with the Florida Practice Act and professional standards. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Establish measurable goals and track functional progress. Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence. Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (if assigned). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You will practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by the Director of Rehab and a collaborative homecare team. Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
Current Florida Physical Therapist license (in good standing)
Must successfully pass AHCA Level 2 background screening
Frequent driver (daily travel required; mileage reimbursement provided)
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Driving daily for business purposes
Five or more trips per week
Or averaging over 150 miles per week
