About The Position

Functional Pathways is currently hiring for a Full-time Physical Therapist treating patients at Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA and Potomac Place in Woodbridge, VA. The Physical Therapist will treat 3 days per week at Falcons Landing and 2 days per week at Potomac Place. Falcons Landing offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities, a collaborative interdisciplinary team, and a dedicated, resilient population, catering to former members of the armed forces, US government employees and their spouses. Potomac Place is a welcoming senior living community nestled in a peaceful, wooded setting, offering convenient access to healthcare, shopping, and dining. The campus provides therapy professionals the opportunity to make a daily impact while working in a warm and engaging setting. Functional Pathways has provided world-class clinical services for 30 years, offering therapists the opportunity to work with evidence-based programs across the full continuum of care. Our holistic, patient-centered approach addresses neurological, cardiopulmonary, cognitive, and musculoskeletal needs, incorporating innovative treatments such as aquatic therapy and non-invasive interventions. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs through our CORE4+ and Wellness offerings, with company-paid CEUs through MedBridge available to full-time and part-time team members to support ongoing professional growth. At Functional Pathways, team members help improve patient outcomes while working in a collaborative, wellness-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
  • Active state license required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, and clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
  • Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
  • Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

  • Make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician
