Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Current Washington state license
Certification in Physical Therapy
Current Washington state license

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient orthopedics
Interest in and/or experience with pelvic rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation or lymphedema management.
2+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Outpatient experience with Adult population

Responsibilities

Provide patient-focused, coordinated care in a multi-disciplinary environment with an exciting and variable patient care mix.
Conduct 45 minute 1:1 treatment sessions.
Utilize comprehensive shared medical records and care coordination with referring providers.
