About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for their Senior Living team, focusing on assisted living and independent living in the Catalina Foothills area. The position involves helping clients regain independence at home through assessments, developing treatment plans, providing various therapies, implementing prevention strategies, educating clients and families, and documenting care using an EMR system. Requirements
- Current Arizona PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system
