About The Position

Panorama Physical Therapy, in partnership with Upstream Rehab, is committed to providing a remarkable patient experience through empowering therapists to provide patient-centered, one-on-one care working closely with our amazing orthopedic surgeons and their teams. We contribute to the betterment of our patients and our communities by providing individualized care in a positive, collaborative atmosphere. This role focuses on outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine within a team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Current or pending PT license.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care.
• Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and their teams.
• Contribute to the betterment of patients and communities through individualized care.
• Participate in clinic shadowing and surgery observation.
• Serve as a Clinical Instructor (CI) and/or a mentor (opportunities available).
• Participate in Orthopedic and Sports Residencies (available in-house).
• Engage in Leadership Development programs.
