About The Position
This role is for a Physical Therapist (PT) in an in-house, family-owned therapy organization, distinct from a contract therapy model. The focus is on delivering patient-centered care where clinician judgment is respected and therapy time is protected. The organization emphasizes a stable, family-oriented culture with accessible leadership and care decisions guided by outcomes and patient needs rather than short-term volume. Sprenger Therapy operates as the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization with 12 facilities in Ohio and South Carolina.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT license or license-eligible
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
- Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
- Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
- Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
