Requirements
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in PT from CAPTE‑accredited program
- Current state license
- 1 year recent clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification may be required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate function; develop/revise plans of care.
- Direct PT support staff; educate patients/families.
- Document assessments/goals/progress/discharge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; ensure compliance.
