SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team. They have a part-time opening at their Toms River, NJ clinic with a potential option of a full-time position, splitting hours between Toms River, NJ and Neptune, NJ. SportsMed Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast. They are a multidisciplinary practice, which allows them to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients that they treat. Their facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Requirements
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
- Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
