Responsibilities

• Provide High-quality Physical Therapy to residents to improve mobility, safety, and independence
• Develop Individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Collaborate closely with OT, SLP, Nursing, and the care team
• Educate Residents, Families, and staff on exercises, mobility strategies, and equipment
• Bring Positivity and encouragement to every therapy session
