About The Position

NovaCare is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The intimate clinic has one physical therapist, one physical therapist assistant, and front-desk staff, and treats a diverse patient mix that includes sports medicine, pelvic health, and vestibular and post-concussion care. The clinic shares a suite with a primary care physician’s office and serves patients and families who often choose it as their preferred physical therapy provider.

The role includes evaluating and treating patients, directing and documenting care, and collaborating respectfully with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payors. A strong mentorship program, orientation, leadership development, and an outpatient clinical advancement program support professional growth. The role could develop into a Center Manager position for the right candidate.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 based on experience, with $350 per month in student loan assistance. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the Center Manager.
