About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for its Outpatient Sports Center of Excellence in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. The role provides outpatient therapy for a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses, with opportunities to focus on treating athletes. The therapist will work within a patient-centered clinical team of 11 Physical Therapists and 2 Occupational Therapists and a broader network of more than 140 clinicians. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The stated salary range is $82,000–$90,000, based on experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
