About The Position

BioMechanic Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join their Virginia Beach team. This clinic is 100% physical therapist-owned and focuses on biomechanics, creative problem-solving, skilled manual therapy, and the use of advanced technologies such as Class IV multi-wavelength laser, Shockwave, Graston, cupping, automated ultrasound, electrical acupuncture (ETPS), dry needling with intramuscular e-stim, and vagal nerve stimulators. The clinic offers a small, patient-focused environment, suitable for new graduates seeking mentorship or experienced practitioners looking to select their patient base. The position is currently part-time with the potential to transition to full-time, with full-time benefits starting at 32 hours per week. The company emphasizes work-life balance with flexible time off and schedule changes. Growth opportunities into management, 401k matching, and continuing education are provided. The desired hours for this part-time role are flexible, covering early mornings (starting at 7 am) or evenings (until 6:30 pm), Monday through Friday. Tuesday is open for any hours as only one therapist is currently working that day. This role is for a Physical Therapist (PT) to increase evaluation slots, as a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is already on staff.

Requirements

  • Current State Physical Therapy License
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
