About The Position
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary practice in Matawan, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys orthopedic and sports medicine and wants to work alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers. For more than 26 years, our practice has provided comprehensive outpatient care with a collaborative team of physical therapists, chiropractors, physicians, occupational therapists, and acupuncturists. You'll have access to advanced rehabilitation technology including AlterG, DRX9000 spinal decompression, Class IV laser, Game Ready, and NormaTec compression therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- New Jersey Physical Therapist license
Nice To Haves
- Orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred but will consider motivated new grads
- Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and return to activity
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities
- Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical team
