About The Position
Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team at Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services. The therapist will split time between these two skilled nursing facilities, working with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. Independence Rehab specializes in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care) and is a therapist-owned and operated company focused on clinical excellence, compassionate care, and empowering therapists.
Requirements
- A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
