PRN Physical Therapist - Acute Care
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for Acute Care at Advent Health Carrollwood in Tampa, FL. This role involves providing rehabilitation therapy services in collaboration with the hospital. The hospital is a 120-bed facility, a registered Primary Stroke Center, and sees a majority of post-operative orthopedic cases with some neuro cases, operating as an all-acute care hospital.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)
