About The Position

Bring your passion for movement and meaningful care to Tallgrass Creek, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults. In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. You’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents. All of our clients live within our community, which means no additional travel! Requirements

  • Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
  • Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
  • Ability to document services accurately and on time.
  • Specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable. These regulations take precedence over the requirements outlined in the job description.

Nice To Haves

  • Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care.
  • Expand clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents.
  • Focus on quality care, working alongside nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to help residents maintain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
