About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for their Fort Wayne, IN location. This role offers a significant sign-on bonus and a monthly student debt benefit program. The physical therapy center is looking for a motivated self-starter passionate about professional growth through mentorship and continued learning. As part of a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, the therapist will treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, neurological conditions, and sports performance. 1:1 mentorship is provided for all new graduates.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
