About The Position
Full Strength Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their Springfield clinic. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
- Virginia PT license (or eligible).

- Desire to mentor others (if experienced).
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care.
- Contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
- Work with a motivated, active patient population.
- Utilize manual therapy and targeted exercise progressions to return patients to full strength.
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care.
- Mentor entry-level clinicians and students (for experienced PTs).
- Develop programs and lead initiatives (for experienced PTs).
- Participate in and grow cash-based health and performance services.
- Engage in monthly in-house clinical training.
- Conduct weekly clinical check-ins (for new grads).
- Provide protected time for skill-building and case review (for new grads).
