CPTE, a proud member of Fusion, actively seeking a Physical Therapist to work between our Nashua and South Nashua clinics, located just minutes apart. This role offers a diverse orthopedic caseload, including aquatic therapy, along with the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and also contribute to the growth of our newest location. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. About the Role As a Physical Therapist at CPTE, you'll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they love. You'll evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic population while working alongside a supportive clinical team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes and individualized care.

Requirements

  • Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and overall function
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, and other skilled interventions as appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes and support goal achievement
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and healthy movement patterns
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies
  • Collaborate with fellow clinical and front office staff, referral sources, and interdisciplinary providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship, continuing education, and clinical collaboration opportunities
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
