About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a private outpatient practice. This role involves evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and helping individuals improve movement, reduce discomfort, and return to daily routines with better function. You will have the time to work one-on-one with patients and provide care in a steady clinical setting.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment goals
- Create personalized therapy plans based on patient needs
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using appropriate treatment methods
- Reassess progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercises and recovery strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
