About The Position
HireNow Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapist for an opportunity focused on helping patients improve movement, rebuild strength, and regain independence. This position welcomes both new graduates and experienced therapists. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current state Physical Therapist license authorizing practice in Florida
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of the employment start date
- Availability for the day schedule and two weekend days per month
- Ability to work in Destin, Florida

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable recovery goals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support movement and functional independence.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safe movement, and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with the care team to support coordinated treatment and care transitions.
- Maintain accurate evaluations, treatment notes, and progress documentation.
