About The Position

Early Intervention Physical Therapist $38 - $40/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday-Friday | Flexible Schedule Make a Difference with KDC At Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC), we're committed to helping children and families reach their fullest potential. As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you'll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered, evidence-based practices. Requirements

• Physical Therapy degree and current licensure
• Ability to meet Early Intervention Operational Standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
• Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
• Home or community-based service experience
• Bilingual or multilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
• Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
• Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
• Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
