Requirements
- Must possess a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques (exercises, manual therapy, modalities).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an assisted living environment.
- Familiarity with PRN scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to achieve patient rehabilitation goals.
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and strategies to maintain long-term physical health and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
