About The Position
Independence Rehab specializes in providing ethical, evidence-based therapy services within geriatric care facilities (SNF, Transitional Care). They are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their rehab team at Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services. The role involves splitting time between these two skilled nursing facilities, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while maintaining consistency in team and company culture. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington
- Strong communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF or geriatric care experience
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
- Design and adjust care plans to ensure the highest level of clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care
- Supervise at least one PTA, offering guidance, support, and mentorship
