About The Position

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving the Colorado Springs community for nearly 20 years. The clinic emphasizes individualized treatment, strong patient relationships, and collaboration between therapists and support staff. Physical Therapists provide 40-minute, one-on-one sessions without double booking, with clinical independence to develop treatment plans and support to deliver quality care. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time schedules are available; full-time employees may choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. The role does not require weekend work.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Current Colorado Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills.
Dependable and organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and other rehabilitation conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients on their conditions, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery.
Communicate with patients, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Colorado regulations.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
