Requirements
- Physical therapy services for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within agency policies and procedures.
- Evaluates clients.
- Develops initial and ongoing treatment plans.
- Develops discharge plans.
- Contributes to case management.
- Provides quality patient care.
- Adheres to applicable state regulations concerning physical therapy.
- Refers/supervises patients for treatment to physical therapist assistant (PTA).
Responsibilities
- Implements, with minimal supervision, quality physical therapy services for patients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within agency policies and procedures.
