About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. The center has two physical therapists and front-desk support and serves a diverse patient population, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends. The annual salary range is $80,000–$95,000, based on experience, and the position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in student loan assistance.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients and documenting their care, while helping them return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
