About The Position

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position in Acute Care Rehabilitation at Lexington Medical Center. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatments, and supervision of support staff. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation, meeting productivity standards, and participating in process improvement initiatives. The Physical Therapist will also contribute to professional development and education within the healthcare team and communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

• Maintains patient records in a systematic order.
