About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic center in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. The center treats a diverse patient mix, including sports medicine and vestibular patients, and has two physical therapists and two physical therapist assistants. Mentorship is available for a new graduate. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month toward student loans. Compensation is $78,000–$99,000 per year, based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends and two evenings per week until 7 p.m. The position involves evaluating, treating, directing, and documenting patient care, maintaining clinical and corporate training and regulatory compliance, communicating with colleagues and patients, and participating in center meetings. Requirements

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy school.
Hold a valid state physical therapist license.
Hold CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
