About The Position
Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist! Shift: Full-Time At Eagle Ridge Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
- Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
Responsibilities
- Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team providing Physical Therapy services to our residents.
