About The Position
Wee Care Liberty Post is seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to provide services in Dyer, IN and surrounding areas. Wee Care, established in 1994, is a leading pediatric intervention service provider in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs, known for its highly regarded professionals and model treatment facility. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency with a history dating back to 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., offers a range of services and employs over 500 professionals across New York and Indiana. They utilize a collaborative team approach, focusing on child-directed play, the child's natural learning environment, family strengths and needs, and serving a diverse population.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct Physical Therapy for children ages birth through 5 years old.
- Evaluate, monitor and track child's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child's abilities to determine realistic goals.
