About The Position
Physical Therapist – Home Visits About Always Best Care Always Best Care is a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency helping patients throughout O‘ahu improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety while remaining in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinical team.
Requirements
- Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments
- Develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Address mobility and balance concerns
- Implement strength and fall prevention programs
- Educate patients and caregivers
