About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Cincinnati, Ohio location. The role focuses on providing patient-centered care to help patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The schedule is weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 or 6 p.m. Starting compensation is $74,000 annually, commensurate with years of experience. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a student debt benefit providing $350 monthly tuition assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
