About The Position
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, HSS Center of Excellence – Outpatient in Chatham, NJ is seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team providing world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (New Jersey).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.

Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Spend quality time with patients.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Pursue professional tracks including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Engage in hands-on learning and collaboration.
- Achieve clinical accomplishments to advance on the Clinical Career Ladder.
- Potentially open and operate own clinic(s) with equity.
