As part of the HSS Rehabilitation Network, you’ll treat a dynamic caseload spanning orthopedics, sports, post-surgical, vestibular, and geriatric rehabilitation in a clinic known for exceptional care and clinical excellence. Conveniently located off Route 59 in Montebello, the clinic is situated in a vibrant Rockland County medical hub near Good Samaritan Hospital and surrounding communities. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment as a licensed therapist or during clinical rotations for new grads

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
