About The Position

This full-time role offers an opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services to Veterans with chronic pain. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary Pain Management team using your clinical skills to improve patient function and quality of life. The position includes a regular weekday schedule with mostly direct patient care and a mix of onsite and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical and functional evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Treat patients with chronic pain and related functional conditions including musculoskeletal, neurologic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, rehabilitation, patient education, and functional restoration.
• Evaluate adaptive equipment, prosthetics, positioning, and other functional needs.
• Provide home programs and education to support continued progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary Pain Management team.
• Document patient progress, treatment, and outcomes in electronic medical records.
• Provide services onsite and through approved telehealth services.
