About The Position

Physical Therapist (Hiring both New Grads and Experienced PT's) ($15,000.00 Sign-ON Bonus, Relocation Assistance Package, Lucrative Compensation/Benefits Package!) We are actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join the team. In this role, you will have the chance to provide top-tier rehabilitation care in an outpatient clinic, working closely with a diverse group of patients and contributing to their recovery and quality of life.

Requirements

Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities

Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Administering various therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (such as ultrasound, heat/ice therapy, and electrical stimulation), and patient education.
Educating patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention to ensure long-term recovery and improved functional outcomes.
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet their rehabilitation goals.
Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards.
