The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy; graduation from accredited college or university, Or Master's degree in physical therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
