About The Position

Back In Action Physical Therapy (BIA) is seeking a PRN (as needed) licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage at their Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, and Plantation locations. BIA has 10 clinics across central/SE Florida and focuses on providing individualized patient care. This role is crucial in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall physical well-being. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Broward County.
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities to perform the duties required of the position.
Ability to meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
Physical Therapy License (Required).

Nice To Haves

Experience working with pediatric patients.
Trigger point therapy expertise.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies.
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.
Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.
Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.
