About The Position
AVIR AT GRAHAM, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its in-house therapy program. The clinician will serve a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions and create and implement programs to address those needs. SLP Operations is a growing network of 42 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities. Requirements
- Texas PT license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to patients and residents in the in-house therapy program.
- Create and implement programs addressing orthopedic, neurological, and cognitive conditions.
- Help build the facility's therapy program.
