Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
Responsibilities
- Control over your caseload (10-40 visits/week)
- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 care
- Efficient documentation & scheduling
- Utilize data to inform care model and get patients back to what's important to them
