About The Position

NovaCare Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic center in Manahawkin, New Jersey. The center has multiple therapists and treats a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The therapist will work closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute. The role offers a salary of $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and $350 per month in student loan assistance.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited school.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services-required training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
