About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
• Document in minutes via phone call.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Provide 1:1 patient care.
